This document is to signify that the author:

• has agreed to publish with Lutz Barz the a work on the internet. Work will be posted ASAP.

The author will receive either:

1. 40/60 split per dollar @$A2 per short story - up to 15000-guide only.
2. 50/50 split per dollar @$A5 per novella - 30000 - 60000-guide only.
3. 70/30 split per dollar @$A10 per novel -60000 + - guide only.
4. 30/70 for flash fiction circa 5 pages -guide only

• Author retains copyright at all times.
• The opinions are solely those of the author and not connected in any way or form with rspublishing as an entity or its servants. Author is responsible for contents of work published..
• Both parties can cancel this agreement mutually at any time- with no fault clauses.
• If author is under another contract-they can only be published if they do not break their contract to the detriment of the entity `rspublishing.com.au' or any of its servants..
• Both parties accept that they have agreed to have entered upon this understanding freely and willingly.
